Visual Enhancements and Upgraded Functionality Optimize the Post-Sales Service Lifecycle, Elevating Customers to New Levels of Service Excellence

The initial release of Version 5 includes an updated user interface with a refreshed visual appearance and new drop-down menu options for streamlined navigation between screens.  The new layout simplifies interaction with the ServiceBench solution and allows users to more quickly and easily manage various stages in the post-sales service lifecycle.  Later releases of ServiceBench Version 5 will include additional platform upgrades to further enhance performance and provide faster execution of paging, sorting, selection and viewing within the solution.  Additional international markets will be supported with expanded language capabilities and new functionality will extend the capabilities of the various components of the system.
