Warranty Claim Processing Nationwide

The Fortune 100 retailer has implemented the solution to automate the submission of warranty claims to OEMs, extended warranty providers and others.
The ServiceBench solution will assist the national retail chain in the recovery of compensation for service work performed on products under manufacturer and extended warranty. The Claims Recovery module provides an easy to use, online application that consolidates the multiple platforms and processes used by the retailer for processing, completing and submitting warranty claims to their vendors.
The national retailer will automatically submit and manage warranty claims via an easy to use Web-based interface. The system will significantly accelerate the completion and submission of warranty claims while utilizing business rules to eliminate errors and redundancies. Standardized production reports and analytics will also unveil key trends to help ensure a profitable warranty repair business.
